Bring to a boil cook and stir until thickened, 2 minutes. 2 bricks Velveeta processed cheese, cut into small chunks. Cook macaroni according to package directions until almost tender. Top with remaining 1 lb of shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 8 lbs of pasta - macaroni, penne, rotini, (whatever your favorite is) 2 sticks butter.
